An amazing place, my boy is reactive and it was a great distraction to have him hear dogs but keep his focus on me. He loved the little shell pool that is there he is an absolute water rat. Big enough for him to free roam. We will definitely be back an amazing space for dogs to explore and play

We had an absolute ball here today there are a few dogs in an area that backs onto the park but we had no trouble with them and I have a very reactive bull arab cross so would highly recommend

I have used this property several times over the years and would like to add that when the grass is mown and the grounds tidied up it is an excellent choice. However, on my recent visit there with my two dogs I was very disappointed. The grass was quite long and as I know the area well I was particularly worried there might be snakes in the extra long and thick grass along the boundaries. I will return, but only if the property is tidied up and the grass mown.

Couple of things on the ground that were odd and a little dangerous, but other then that 5/5
