The chairs and table are disinfected before every use and contactless entry is available on request.
Aussie Bush is fully enclosed with secure 6' chain link mesh with a separate holding/parking area (where you can your dog/s out and ready to go into Aussie Bush).
There is an ever expanding platform, A frame, jumps, tunnels, logs, trees, and interesting terrain.
The space is located at the back of my property and adjoining the back of all neighbouring properties. It is nice and quiet and a great space for you and your four legged friend to relax and get back to nature.
There are loads of things to sniff, dig, jump on and discover.
There is a clear area to use the agility equipment (jumps, tunnels, A frame etc) or just roll around in the grass.
This is surrounded by a gully, loads of trees and places to explore. There is another small clear area is on the other side of the gully.
The Sniffspace is located past the barn and through the corridor (between the paddocks). Please enter using the Eastern gate marked 75. If the gates are not open just press the button next to the sign.
I am always looking for ideas to make this space better. Don't be shy in letting me know if you have any ideas.

- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing

- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.

Thank you Léasa for opening up your space to us, Zelda and I had an amazing time and I could see her physically relax as she understood she was safe. As a reactive and elderly dog, it’s so hard to find safe spaces where she can enjoy herself, but this was absolutely wonderful! The facility was easy to find, clean and well secured, will definitely be back :)
Skyla had the most amazing time! there is so much to explore, sniff and play. Leasa is a very accomodating host, proving todays/bags and water etc so you don’t have bring anything! and is really friendly. Was a real breath of fresh air for me as Skyla is highly dog reactive so we rarely get off leash time, being able to relax knowing there wasn’t a chance of another dog getting into her space was amazing. We will definitely be back!
Absolutely loved our visit. We wanted to take our puppy out to explore and sniff, but we are concerned about roaming dogs. Beautiful place to take our reactive pup to run free, sniff and explore without us having to worry about other dogs. Safe high fencing and Lots of equipment for him to explore, table full of things such as bug spray, water, poo bags etc... Our pup had a Wonderful time. We will be coming back here at least monthly, already booked for next week :) Leasa was so lovely, thank you for providing this space for our pups <3
So awesome to take my dogs who only want for eachother somewhere different that is safe for them off lead! Thanks Leasa for opening up your property to the doggies! We will be back and they’ve already passed out and surely will sleep all afternoon!
We had a wonderful play at Leasa's! My two dogs are dog reactive so we can't take them to the local dog park. They had a blast running around and having a sniffari. The space is well organised and maintained. Looking forward to our next visit ☺️
