Civil contractors have finished work in the adjacent property.
The off leash enclosed area is approximately 550 sq meters. It is surrounded by a 1200 mm high wire mesh fence and the house on two sides and a 1800 mm high security fence along the other sides.
A patio at the back of the house provides an undercover area and a rain water tap. There is tree shade for worn out dogs that need to take a rest. There is also a pile of bricks in the enclosure, which although stable, should be avoided. A dog poo long drop and scoop is located on the entry side of the brick pile. But do not drop plastic bags in as they will not decompose.
A gate leads through to the extended area which is not fenced on all sides, but can be used if your pup has good recall.
The property is a work in progress so if you would like to stray from the secure enclosure please be mindful that there are still some building materials and equipment scattered about.

Neville was super warm and welcoming! Nice grassy area for the puppies to play in - some toys available, with water and dog bowls. We had an awesome time
What a lovely space run but an amazing person. We adopted our boy a few months ago and have been looking for a place where he can stretch his legs without worrying about another dog running up to him. Neville, provides the perfect space for this. We really enjoyed coming to Neville's space and Sophie and Shadow had a great time exploring. Neville was a great host and was very prompt with communication and met us when we first arrived. The space is large and well taken care of, there was shade under the verandah which came in handy on a hot day, along with toys, water and a long drop. The space was very secure and we had no issues letting our two off lead. The only minor issue was the brick stack in the space, but Neville is upfront about this. If you have a climber or a little dog who likes to explore, this could be an issue but it was easy enough to keep our two away from. I would definitely come back again and would recommend to others.

My dogs loved Neville’s space. There was everything we needed and I and my dogs were made to feel very welcome. We will be back.
Neville has a great space for a German Shepherd to run around. Neville was very understanding to our needs for our girl as she has very bad anxiety and gets funny around strangers. We will be definitely going back and recommend his space to everyone.
