Pepper’s Paddock is the first paddock on the left hand side of the driveway closest to the road.
We offer you a large paddock for your pups to run and play. Pepper's Paddock is just under an acre of pasture, fully fenced in dog mesh to a height of standard farm fencing at 4ft high and secure.
We have horses and they are used to dogs. They are quiet and friendly
My family and I live here on the property with our two kids, a dog and our horses so you may find us out and about on the land tending to our chores. I may be coming and going with the horse float transporting our horses and we ask that you ensure your dogs are never off lead unless in the Pepper's Paddock
Inside Pepper's Paddock you will find a trough with water for dogs to jump and splash in. A tap and water bowl is provided also.
Pepper's Paddock is on a busy main road. There may be cyclists going past the paddock as well as trucks, buses and emergency vehicles at times. The location offers many distractions for people wanting to proof their training skills!
SUITABILITY:
- If your dog has a high prey drive, or has never seen horses before they are not suited to this space.
- If your dog has zero recall, it is not suited to this space as there are horses.
- If your dog is capable of jumping a 4ft fence, or is a fence runner that can push under, it is not suited to this space.
BYO poo bags and all poo must be taken from the property THIS IS A CONDITION OF BOOKING YOUR SNIFFSPACE AND MUST BE RESPECTED.

IMPORTANT: If you are new to this space, you MUST carefully read all the instructions
DO NOT enter any gate that does not have a Sniffspace entry sign...
Please KEEP CLEAR all driveways and park on the gravel car park after the parked trucks/machinery
Please read all fencing descriptions carefully to make sure this space is secure enough for YOUR dog and your requirements for their safety
Pepper's Paddock is NOT suitable for dogs that are 2-7kg and small enough to get through rural farm gate openings
Pepper's Paddock is NOT suitable for dogs that are the largest breeds and are tall and agile enough to scale/jump/climp the 4ft standard rural fencing
Pepper's Paddock is NOT suitable for dogs with a high hunt/prey drive and no recall or control from their owners. Please distract your dog with play if they are continuously running and barking at the horses in the next paddocks.
Please ensure that children attending are made aware of the rules and they do NOT enter any other areas on the property.
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- No smoking on the premises

- Do not leave your dog unattended

- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
Great space thank you! Well maintained and secure. Our anxious poodle loved having the space to himself.
Had a great time at Pepper’s Paddock. Lots of room to sniff and play. A great way to let your dog off lead without being pestered by other dogs. Some lovely horses in neighbouring paddocks too.
Nala loved the paddock! She was able to run around as much as she wanted and splash in the trough. Very sleep girl now after her special morning! Directions were clear and we met Catherine the host who was very welcoming and kind. Nala even got to get a bit close to a horse (behind the fence) as she was quite curious. Great for anyone with a dog reactive dog as it’s completely contained, horses are near but fenced in the next paddock.

This is a great spot! Our dog is reactive to other dogs and this was such a good spot for us to let him run around and let off some stream with no need to worry. Thanks so much Catherine and Sniffspace! We’ll definitely be back.
