If you have a water-loving pooch, then you've found the right sniffspace to book. Relax in the knowledge that your pup is the only one diving, paddling and splashing until they're waterlogged in our purpose built recreation pool.
Life jackets are available to help those starting out learn the way of the water.

Please be aware this booking is for the Lagoon pool only and does not include the large grass areas. There is a free to use small grass run that you can toilet your dogs in prior to using the lagoon area.
When you arrive to the property please proceed to our country club entrance (3rd gate on left side of the road), there you will find ample parking. Please make your way to your designated area. If you have any issues or unsure where your space is, please follow the signs to our main office where a staff member will show you around. You are best to arrive 10 min prior to your booking time if you have not been with us before to make sure you get your full allocated time.
All dogs must be on lead at all times when not in designated off lead areas.
There are fresh water buckets in all areas but additional buckets can be filled from the fresh water tap outside the indoor pool entrance.
Life Jackets are available for use free of charge for lagoon users.

- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting

- Do not leave your dog unattended

- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
We have used Kepala as a boarding facility and their facilities are amazing. The lagoon is super safe space kept spotlessly clean. However, we are confused about the booking system. On the recent 3 occasions we have been there we have been limited to 30 mins because of other bookings either side. However, when we arrive no one is there and when our time is up no one else has come. While we accept this might be due to cancellations is 3 times in a row realistic?
My dogs had the best time swimming here. The pool is clean and well kept, the grass run next to it was great for toileting and drying off after. It’s the perfect pool for dogs learning to swim as it gradually gets deeper and there are lots of ledges for braver dogs to jump off. Enough room for 6 humans to sit too. Will definitely be back.
My dog had an absolute blast in the lagoon. First time there and next time we’ll check out what else your lovely space has to offer. Thanks for helping us (my dog and myself) for making wonderful memories in his senior years.

Our dog Scotty absolutely loves the lagoon pool and grass area. He's dog reactive and it was wonderful to have peace of mind that he was safely in his own space to enjoy himself. Everything was easy find, staff were super friendly and all areas were clean and tidy. It's a beautiful place. We will definitely be bringing him back! Thank you so much for a wonderful day!!
