Private property in the swan valley. We have a large area (5.5 acres total) but recommend the main, big, locked paddock (2.5 acres) for extra safety.
We were the first space in Australia to rent out paddocks for dogs and a 'Top Spot' with over 200 positive reviews (on a previous site).
There are hills to run up. There's a water area outside the main area but there may be snakes there, we so recommend the main paddock for safety (mowed regularly).
The driveway is gravel. Be careful of ditches off the side.
All dogs welcome no matter the breed, temperament, background etc. We love them all!
Make a day of it - go to Baskerville tavern or Swan Valley Station (dog friendly) for lunch.
The one main entry gate to the property is controlled by code. This will be sent to you when you book.
We have sheep but will lock them away from the dog area. Normally out of sight but very occasionally in viewing site. The neighbours have 2 horses but they are normally in the distance, and their dog is inside.
Occasionally we may need to enter / leave the property during a booking so you may see a car drive on the driveway, but we try to minimise this as much as possible.
The ground gets muddy in winter (wear boots) but very hard in summer. There is a water area in winter, but if you prefer your dog not wet, just use the locked paddock. I can't guarantee no snakes.
Closed in the hot months. If you cant book in to a spot, feel free to message. If fully booked, check back regularly for cancellations.

We are always trying to improve the space so please feel free to message me with anything you would like us to improve on. We try to put the money we make back into the space (fixing fencing etc). We do it for the love of dogs (not profit).
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.

This off-leash paddock is absolutely incredible! My one-year-old Koolie had the time of her life — she ran, played, and explored to her heart’s content. The space is beautifully maintained with everything you could possibly need: fresh water, poop bags, toys, and heaps of space for my pup to room to zoom around. The fencing is super secure, and I felt completely at ease the entire time knowing she was safe. The owner’s instructions were clear, friendly, and easy to follow. You can tell so much care and thought has gone into creating this space for dogs to enjoy. We honestly can’t wait to come back — it’s a total gem!
Our first Sniff Space and pups had an excellent time. Easy to find, well maintained space. Great paddock for dogs to run and the shaded seats were much appreciated! Will definitely be back.
