Private property in the Swan Valley. We were the first space in Australia to rent out paddocks for dogs and a 'Top Spot' with over 200 positive reviews (on a previous site).

All dogs welcome no matter the breed, temperament etc. We love them all! Make a day of it - go to Baskerville Tav or Swan Valley Station (dog friendly) for lunch.

We have a large area (5.5 acres total) but recommend the main, big, locked paddock (2.5 acres) for extra safety.

There are hills to run up. There's a water area outside the main area you can use but we recommend the main paddock for safety. We provide fresh water for dogs and poo bags. There is a water trough.

The one main entry gate to the property is controlled by code (sent when you book). The driveway is gravel. Be careful of ditches off the side.

We have sheep but will lock them away. Normally out of sight but very occasionally in viewing site. The neighbours have horses in the distance, and their dog is inside.

Occasionally we may need to enter / leave the property so you may see a car on the driveway, but we try to minimise this as much as possible.

The ground gets muddy in winter (wear boots) but very hard in summer. There is a water area in winter, but if you prefer your dog not wet, just use the locked paddock.

We are always trying to improve the space so please feel free to message me with anything you would like us to improve on. We try to put the money we make back into the space (fixing fencing etc). We do it for the love of dogs (not profit).
