The Sniffspace paddock is about 2-3 acres of private, flat land that is FULLY FENCED. There are no holes, no prickles and no bushes. Your dogs can run and run and run. There are no houses, people or animals to be seen from this paddock. Other than my house, however it is some distance away. I keep the grass mowed and the space immaculate.
NOTE: The fencing is pet fencing the whole way around the paddock. Fencing is in PERFECT tight condition. A fence walk is recommended to make sure you are happy with it.
My family and I live here on the property with our two kids and 2 dogs. My dogs will be inside sleeping during your visit with the curtains closed, so no barking.
Your dogs MUST remain on lead until they are INSIDE the designated paddock. Then they can run free and have as much fun as they like.
Inside the front paddock there will be fresh water provided.
We do live on a busy main road. However, there is double fencing in the front paddock with trees for privacy.
SUITABILITY:
- If your dog has a high prey drive they may not be suited to this space as there may be rabbits and kangaroos in the neighbouring paddocks.
- If your dog is capable of jumping a 4ft fence, or is a fence runner that can push under, it is not suited to this space.
BYO poo bags and all poo must be taken from the property THIS IS A CONDITION OF BOOKING YOUR SNIFFSPACE AND MUST BE RESPECTED.
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
Great space for my two big bears to sniff and wander (with a small amount of running thrown in!). Fenced, secure, water, a shell pool, loads of toys and chairs for the humans! Just be aware that if you click the map from the booking link it doesn’t take you to the right address, so it’s better to manually enter it.
It was our first time here and we had the BEST time! Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We are beyond grateful. Our 7 year old rescue pup, Wallace had the very best time running free, playing and relaxing in a safe and secure environment. The field is in immaculate condition. There’s a shed for shelter with chairs, treats, balls, tennis rackets and the cutest VID wall! We all had so much fun. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing space! Our cavoodle Ralph had so much open space to run around he didn’t know what to do with himself. Loved the shaded area setup with the toys and treats. Will definitely come back!
Being a rescue dog, Coco is always stressed around other dogs and was always on the lead when out. This is our first time coming to this big open space and let her run free, she was so so excited and could not stop running. Thank you Tracey and Raffery for sharing your property and give dogs like Coco a chance to be a free dog. The place was easy to find, well maintained. The owners set up a little nice shed with all these tennis balls, rackets and dog treats, which made us feel so welcomed. Once again thank you so much and we will definitely come back!
