The Sniffspace paddock is about 2-3 acres of private, flat land that is FULLY FENCED. There are no holes, no prickles and no bushes. Your dogs can run and run and run. There are no houses, people or animals to be seen from this paddock. Other than my house, however it is some distance away. I keep the grass mowed and the space immaculate.
NOTE: The fencing is pet fencing the whole way around the paddock. Fencing is in PERFECT tight condition. A fence walk is recommended to make sure you are happy with it.
My family and I live here on the property with our two kids and 2 dogs. My dogs will be inside sleeping during your visit with the curtains closed, so no barking.
Your dogs MUST remain on lead until they are INSIDE the designated paddock. Then they can run free and have as much fun as they like.
Inside the front paddock there will be fresh water provided.
We do live on a busy main road. However, there is double fencing in the front paddock with trees for privacy.
SUITABILITY:
- If your dog has a high prey drive they may not be suited to this space as there may be rabbits and kangaroos in the neighbouring paddocks.
- If your dog is capable of jumping a 4ft fence, or is a fence runner that can push under, it is not suited to this space.
BYO poo bags and all poo must be taken from the property THIS IS A CONDITION OF BOOKING YOUR SNIFFSPACE AND MUST BE RESPECTED.
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
Perfect area for my kelpie and border collie to run around off lead playing fetch freely -they absolutely love coming here. Easy to find and access through gate without disturbing the owners, plenty of water provided, dog poo bin (just make sure to bring your own poop bags) and the shed space is perfect for those drizzly days with dog beds and toys. I'm so grateful to be nearby and have found it convenient to book last minute -thank you to the family for offering this space
This was our second time visiting Rebecca's Sniffspace, and it was a total delight. A massive open green space (well mowed and tidy) with a shady container-building for us to sit in when the sun got too hot. Not another person in sight, and the only nearby animals were some cheeky galahs and maggies in the trees, and a few horses in some distant paddocks. A truly lovely and peaceful spot where our shepherd could run and sniff to his heart's content. We will be back as often as we can.
Visited this morning. Thank you so much for your generosity in sharing your place. Very hard to find a safe space for my monsters to run free. Very much appreciated. And such a great place, so much room and everything just wonderful. Can’t wait to visit again.
Fantastic space for the dogs to have a run around, there is a sheltered area which was great to get out of the rain!
First time using sniff space and I can say this was definitely worth the 2 hour drive for my reactive rescue dog. We didn’t see anyone except for horses across the road. I definitely recommend it! Simba had an excellent time and we will be back.
Great space for my two big bears to sniff and wander (with a small amount of running thrown in!). Fenced, secure, water, a shell pool, loads of toys and chairs for the humans! Just be aware that if you click the map from the booking link it doesn’t take you to the right address, so it’s better to manually enter it.
