The Sniffspace paddock is about 2-3 acres of private, flat land that is FULLY FENCED. There are no holes, no prickles and no bushes. Your dogs can run and run and run. There are no houses, people or animals to be seen from this paddock. Other than my house, however it is some distance away. I keep the grass mowed and the space immaculate.
NOTE: The fencing is pet fencing the whole way around the paddock. Fencing is in PERFECT tight condition. A fence walk is recommended to make sure you are happy with it.
My family and I live here on the property with our two kids and 2 dogs. My dogs will be inside sleeping during your visit with the curtains closed, so no barking.
Your dogs MUST remain on lead until they are INSIDE the designated paddock. Then they can run free and have as much fun as they like.
Inside the front paddock there will be fresh water provided.
We do live on a busy main road. However, there is double fencing in the front paddock with trees for privacy.
SUITABILITY:
- If your dog has a high prey drive they may not be suited to this space as there may be rabbits and kangaroos in the neighbouring paddocks.
- If your dog is capable of jumping a 4ft fence, or is a fence runner that can push under, it is not suited to this space.
BYO poo bags and all poo must be taken from the property THIS IS A CONDITION OF BOOKING YOUR SNIFFSPACE AND MUST BE RESPECTED.
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
Absolutely love this space, it’s well maintained and the dogs love running in such a big space. Bins for our poop bags which I love. Also has great shade for us hoomans with chairs and a cute sitting area. Will be back with my goldens

First time using Sniffspace and what a treat! We had such a fantastic time with our three dogs! From the moment we arrived, everything felt safe, clean, and really thoughtfully set up for dogs to explore and enjoy themselves. Having a secure private space meant the dogs could run freely, sniff to their hearts’ content, and just be completely relaxed without any stress or distractions - especially as one of our dogs (a rescue) is very anxious. The space was well maintained, easy to access, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was great that you could drive straight into the space. You can really tell a lot of care has gone into creating an environment where dogs can safely decompress and have fun. We left with three very happy and tired dogs — which is always the best sign of a successful outing! We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this Sniffspace to anyone looking for a safe, enriching, and stress-free experience for their dogs.
