The Sniffspace paddock is about 2-3 acres of private, flat land that is FULLY FENCED. There are no holes, no prickles and no bushes. Your dogs can run and run and run. There are no houses, people or animals to be seen from this paddock. Other than my house, however it is some distance away. I keep the grass mowed and the space immaculate.
NOTE: The fencing is pet fencing the whole way around the paddock. Fencing is in PERFECT tight condition. A fence walk is recommended to make sure you are happy with it.
My family and I live here on the property with our two kids and 2 dogs. My dogs will be inside sleeping during your visit with the curtains closed, so no barking.
Your dogs MUST remain on lead until they are INSIDE the designated paddock. Then they can run free and have as much fun as they like.
Inside the front paddock there will be fresh water provided.
We do live on a busy main road. However, there is double fencing in the front paddock with trees for privacy.
SUITABILITY:
- If your dog has a high prey drive they may not be suited to this space as there may be rabbits and kangaroos in the neighbouring paddocks.
- If your dog is capable of jumping a 4ft fence, or is a fence runner that can push under, it is not suited to this space.
BYO poo bags and all poo must be taken from the property THIS IS A CONDITION OF BOOKING YOUR SNIFFSPACE AND MUST BE RESPECTED.
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
Our first visit and we loved it! Can’t wait to come back! Huge open space, lots to be sniffed! The hosts have truly set up a space to host, the container shelter is perfect and contains essentials and even treats!
We were first time users, and I must say it was perfect for our GSD. The space was as described, and the shelter was perfect. Easy to find and access, the owners have provided a great space for dogs and owners alike. Thanks Rebecca, we will be back.
We loved stopping here with our dog on the way to Melbourne. She loved watching the horses in the distance and stretching her legs. A lovely flat surface for her to run around on, we’ll be back!

This space was awesome. Easy to access and very secure. This was my first experience with a sniff space and it was super smooth. My pup was able to trot around and explore to her hearts content. She was tired after about 20 mins and I ended up fetching the ball more than her haha, but she loved being able to be off lead. We were able to test her recall as which was the main intention of my visit. Loved the space and will be booking again for sure.
This was our first sniffspace outing with our dogs, one being a reactive boy. It was so beautiful to be able to go leash-free! The space was clean, huge, and had water, a shelter and tennis rackets provided. It was super easy to access, and we all had a blast. Thanks so much!
