The Sniffspace paddock is about 2-3 acres of private, flat land that is FULLY FENCED. There are no holes, no prickles and no bushes. Your dogs can run and run and run. There are no houses, people or animals to be seen from this paddock. Other than my house, however it is some distance away. I keep the grass mowed and the space immaculate.
NOTE: The fencing is pet fencing the whole way around the paddock. Fencing is in PERFECT tight condition. A fence walk is recommended to make sure you are happy with it.
My family and I live here on the property with our two kids and 2 dogs. My dogs will be inside sleeping during your visit with the curtains closed, so no barking.
Your dogs MUST remain on lead until they are INSIDE the designated paddock. Then they can run free and have as much fun as they like.
Inside the front paddock there will be fresh water provided.
We do live on a busy main road. However, there is double fencing in the front paddock with trees for privacy.
SUITABILITY:
- If your dog has a high prey drive they may not be suited to this space as there may be rabbits and kangaroos in the neighbouring paddocks.
- If your dog is capable of jumping a 4ft fence, or is a fence runner that can push under, it is not suited to this space.
BYO poo bags and all poo must be taken from the property THIS IS A CONDITION OF BOOKING YOUR SNIFFSPACE AND MUST BE RESPECTED.
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
Perfect, fully secured spot for my two dogs they had the best time!! Thank you for sharing your home out. It’s nice to know my dogs can run around freely without the stress of other dogs coming up to them. Thank you!!!
Amazing space! Very large area to run and lots to sniff. We had a great time. Will definitely be back and stay for longer next time. Beautiful atmosphere
We really appreciated the opportunity to run around this great space. Well fenced and well kept allowing running from end to end. Appreciated the shelter area, chairs, table, plenty of balls and other toys, and fresh water for our puffed out boy! Thanks alot Rebecca.
Huge amount of space to run around! No issues with the fencing. Snowy was pooped after our 1 hour session.
Thank you so much for sharing your property and home with us. The space was amazing. My dogs loved it! Was very secure. We had the whole space to ourselves. The yard was clean and mowed. Would be great to have access to water, otherwise bring your own ;)
Love the facilities provided in this neat and lovely space that my dogs love very much. We love watching them run freely and the secure fence gives us a peace of mind. There were balls provided thoughtfully for them to play with along with cans of water and a water bowl for them. Will be coming back as many times as possible.
