Be warned the swimming area dam is steep and dangerous, my dog couldn’t easily walk himself in, fell in trying to get a ball already floating in it and struggled to get out up the steep sides. There was also random junk and tools all over the yard. Stayed a total of 8mins and left. Very disappointed.
