Really great pool - clean & safe. Our Golden & Viszla has a great time!

Perfect for my dogs

Fab place for a dog to swim (or just paddle). Well set up, comfortable and secure. Easy to park and get in and out. Brilliant for keen swimmers.

We have used Kepala as a boarding facility and their facilities are amazing. The lagoon is super safe space kept spotlessly clean. However, we are confused about the booking system. On the recent 3 occasions we have been there we have been limited to 30 mins because of other bookings either side. However, when we arrive no one is there and when our time is up no one else has come. While we accept this might be due to cancellations is 3 times in a row realistic?

My dogs had the best time swimming here. The pool is clean and well kept, the grass run next to it was great for toileting and drying off after. It’s the perfect pool for dogs learning to swim as it gradually gets deeper and there are lots of ledges for braver dogs to jump off. Enough room for 6 humans to sit too. Will definitely be back.

My dog had an absolute blast in the lagoon. First time there and next time we’ll check out what else your lovely space has to offer. Thanks for helping us (my dog and myself) for making wonderful memories in his senior years.

Our dog Scotty absolutely loves the lagoon pool and grass area. He's dog reactive and it was wonderful to have peace of mind that he was safely in his own space to enjoy himself. Everything was easy find, staff were super friendly and all areas were clean and tidy. It's a beautiful place. We will definitely be bringing him back! Thank you so much for a wonderful day!!

Great pool for our dogs. A small group of our friends went with four dogs and it was lovely. The pool has a shallow and deep end so perfect for all dogs who want to jump in or walk in. We will definitely be back!

Great facility for our 2 water-loving dogs. We used this lagoon for the past 6 years and will continue to use it. Our Lagotti loved to swim and retrieve water toys whilst having fun and improving their fitness.

Levi and Willow had a wonderful time swimming in the Kampala Lagoon. This is probably their 4th time in the lagoon and their confidence grows with each visit. Love the way the lagoon is set up with the beach entrance for newbies and spaces to jump in fitted around the deeper end, for show-offs like Levi! Dogs were exhausted last night and we’ll be back

Our dogs love the lagoon pool. The excitement starts before we get there. Its very clean and the water is crisp and clean. Love that there are the lifejackets for use for the not so confident swimmer. I just find that there are very few spots available unless you book days in advance, and for someone like us, days in advance are hard to plan

Our 3 Border Collies had a great time, 1 not getting out of the water the whole time! It means a lot for us to have a space where we can have our dogs off lead and have no worries. 1 of our dogs is deaf so rarely gets off lead especially for a swim. It was wonderful to have life jackets there available to use and was super easy to find. Will 100% visit again

Have been bringing my 3 husky’s here to swim & play for a few years now & they absolutely love it every time. The double gated & fully fenced play areas & pool are perfect for escape artists like my 3 devils. Only suggestion I have is not so much about the dogs but for their human friends. It would be great to see a little bit more in regards to food & drinks. Vending machines would be totally fine. Currently there is 1 small drink machine that only has coke & water & it is hidden inside the hydrotherapy room so unless ur familiar with the resort then u would never know it was there. It would be great to see a drink & a food/snacks machine maybe outside of that building that contained a variety of snacks & drink options & that everyone could see.

I would have liked to have given five stars but when we arrived at the pool, someone else was there because they thought their booking was at that time. They had made a mistake with their booking; they had actually booked the grass area. Easily done, because I also felt it wasn't easy to navigate my way through to place the booking. It was much easier when Kepala we could make the booking directly through Kepala. Other than that, the pool was great, and the dogs and humans enjoyed our time there.

This is an awesome space, my pups had the best time splashing and swimming and having a sniff of absolutely everything!! The complimentary life jackets is such a lively touch and made us feel so at ease with our girls first swim. The space is so relaxing and we will definitely be coming back!!

Easy access, clean and tidy and the best space for your dog to have a good swim. Seats available for humans to sit if needed, and a little grass toilet space for the dogs if needed.

My Labrador loves Kepala’s lagoon pool. He’s dog reactive and the space is safe for him to be contained and love doing his favourite thing, swimming. It’s clean. There’s life jackets available. We love it!

Had a splendid time. Well maintained and our pup(Max) had a good time learning swimming. We had the pool to ourselves and was very clean too. Good walking patch next door for a quick run for our Max.

So glad we found this space! Our Finnish lapphund Koji absolutely thrives in water! He loves to swim and fetch, and hopefully one day jump in the deep end. Our second lappie, Nukka, is more of a shallows kind of boy. He wanted to run around more and the space just isn’t for that. So half way through our booking we booked Activity Area 1 (luckily it was free!) and moved between the two spaces to give the boys fetch time and swim time. It was perfect. We will definitely be back, and will book both spaces each time.

Our 2 Samoyeds had an absolute blast here. The pool is lovely and clean and a good temperature too. The shallow end is great for splashing around, There are life vests available in all sizes which came in handy when they felt confident to have a swim. We will definitely be back.

Love this space, the pool was clean and the dogs had a blast. Plenty of life jacket sizes as well if your dog isn't very confident.

We took our dog (who is dog reactive) swimming in the lagoon for his 10th birthday. We were so impressed, this is now a monthly treat. The space is so well equipped, clean and easy to use/access. Absolutely worth the money I wish we found it earlier. My pup is currently fast asleep after a busy swim today and we’ll be back in a couple of weeks - thank you!

We took our 2 dogs to the Lagoon pool for the first time today! Heidi a German Shephard & Rufus a Lhasa apso. They had an absolutely ball of fun. They both are reactive to other dogs so being able to book a secure, safe space solely for ourselves was amazing. It’s hard to find places to take your reactive dog to and ensure they can enjoy their time without other doggies around. The fencing is fully secure, and pool is awesome & being able to use the life jackets put us at ease to ensure extra safety for our pups! Save to say, they are absolutely pooped from their swim and we look forward to coming again soon !

I took my two frenchies here today and it was fantastic! Plenty of life jackets and it was nice and clean. They had a great time we would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our swim at kepala. Perfect for the dogs, the sloped entrance to the pool makes it easy for the dogs to approach the water rather than having to dive in deep(they also have that option too). We had 8 retrievers and the 8 dog limit is completely understandable, the 8 of them had the perfect amount of space to run around the pool and swim together. The area in the pool and on the whole premises is organized and very clean. We will definitely be back for another swim, Thank you kepala, great work.

Beautiful space and so easy to access. The outdoor pool is cold water and even on a 38 degree day was quite chilly. Will try the indoor pool next time!

We absolutely loved our time at the lagoon pool. The space was super clean and was beautiful. Our dog and her doggy friends loved it. There was plenty of seating for the humans, and there was a hut with lots of swim vests to choose from and additional seating in the shade. We will definitely be back.

I booked my 2 Sausage dogs into the Lagoon pool on Sunday. Was a fantastic experience as both dogs are very antisocial… The pool/pool area was a great size, very clean and the facility has all size Life jackets available for first time swimmers. Both pets had a ball.. Will definitely be back

Great place to come on a hot day. Dogs had such a great time. One was going all the way in swimming after her ball and the other kept to the shallows as the water does get deep quickly. Both had a ball

We loved the Lagoon Pool and will definitely be back. It was the first swimming experience for Tank. The space was perfect for him. It was secure and private. What an amazing space for the fur babies to enjoy! My two are water obsessed so this private & fenced pool was absolutely perfect for them to swim & play. It has a gradual incline however my two figured out pretty quickly how to jump off the platforms which are located around the pool. We can’t wait to go back in the next couple of weeks!!!

We love Kepala Pet Resort! The pool is so great for the dogs, love watching them splash around. The grassed off-leash runs provide the dogs a place to run around safely. The best part is, its all booked out for only you!

Our boy really enjoyed himself. The staff were very friendly and the facility was very clean.

Love this place! It’s easy to access, there’s plenty of car parks close to the pool, lots of signage so very easy to find. You just go straight to the pool at your allotted time, there’s no need to see staff but they are available in the office if needed. The private pool area is fully fenced, very clean, swim vests of various sizes are available for your use. There’s a little grassed area adjacent to the pool area where your dog can go to the loo. It’s a fabulous little oasis for our furry friends.

So much fun! Easy to book. The Lagoon Pool area is well maintained and clean. Great place to spend time with active pups.

My Golden Retriever twins had a ball at the Lagoon Swimming area. All facilities are clean. Highly recommended.

My puppies love this space too splash around during the warmer weather. The half an hour session is perfect for my little fur babies. We will continue using this facility as often as we can during summer.

This was an awesome time for our 2 dogs! Our staffy loves the water and has such a blast! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back here!

We have attended the Kepala Lagoon and pool many times before. Our dogs absolutely love, love, love to come here for a swim. It’s immaculately clean and well maintained. Our only criticism is the cost. $45 for an hour session for up to 2 dogs, makes it unattainable for most people. We used to book weeks, sometimes months in advance, as it was always booked out. Now not so much. We used to pay $8 for 1st dog and $5-$6 for subsequent dogs, for half an hour. Maybe you should consider frequent flyer points, or large group discounts. Yesterday would have cost $135 for 1 hour for 5 dogs!

My pup Syd had THE BEST time swimming in the Lagoon pool. Such a great way to build confidence in the water in a safe space for doggos.

Easy booking process. Kepala’s staff were friendly and helpful showed us all the amenities. The dogs loved the lagoon swimming area and everything was very clean highly recommend.

Nicely kept space and has been pleasantly updated to make it even nicer than the last time I went. Undercover area to sit, outdoor seating as well and a small grassed area next door you can take your dogs first so that they don't make a mess near the pool :) Well done Kepala. Reasonable price also.

Absolutely fantastic space! Clean, accommodating of changes. Only thing I would recommend is for the lagoon's privacy fence to be extended to both sides, as the dogs in the neighbouring paddock distracted one of our boys a lot. A great space to introduce both dogs to the concept of water in a safe environment, though.

This morning I arrived mourning the loss of our golden retriever last night but still went with my border collie and my friend and her dog. This place now holds a special place in my heart and will definitely be back. What a wonderful, clean and inviting place to take your furry friends. Thank you guys forever grateful

Such a great place for dogs to have a swim and play. Our boys all had a blast! They loved swimming in the lagoon and being able to jump into the water. Bonus points for having life jackets there as one of our dogs needed some help at the start!

Thor and Zoey love Kepala. The environment is super dog friendly and the staff are fabulous with communication. Thor and Zoey come to Kepala full of beans and with a puppy bounce of excitement and leave in a state that they could sleep for days from exhaustion. The swimming pool area is the dogs favourite. It is always clean and good for the adults to be able to sit in the hut for some time out!

It was Charlie’s (golden retriever) first time swimming and he really loved it! He was so nervous at the start and by the end he didn’t want to leave. The life jackets available are an added bonus and the space is fantastic.

Fantastic facilities for our Furbabies!! Louie's 1st time in the lagoon Pool, although he didn't go in, its a safe place to introduce them to water, and a bonus they have lifejackets for all sized dogs! Cant wait to head back!

Great experience! It was very easy to check in, we had a quick intro to the facility, and then playtime! Our dog loved her time in the pool, and I appreciated having a shady place to sit and watch her. We will come back again!

We've been coming to Kepala for years, mainly for the Lagoon Pool and the indoor pool in the cooler months. It's one of our dogs fave places and it's super easy to book now it's available on Sniffspace. Apart from the fantastic pool and other areas, we really love that it's suitable for reactive dogs with lots of space to move away from any dogs when approaching the hired areas and that your booking is individual and the spaces aren't shared. We'll keep enjoying Kepala for many years to come (we hope)!

Our dogs and their friend loved the experience. We will be back! Just be aware there is a bit of roadworks going on around there so it took us an extra 10 minutes to get there.

My wife and I took our two Miniature Dachshunds for a swim at the Kepala Pet Resort Lagoon Pool. What a wonderful time the 4 of us had. We had to enforce our 3yo to have multiple rest times. She was just having so much fun.

Loved it! Such great facilities, warm welcoming staff, the dogs would move in if possible they didn't want to leave! Will definitely be back!

The lagoon pool is amazing and both my dogs had an awesome time! I love they have a 5 minute grass area after you leave the pool so the dogs can go before hopping in the car. Definitely booking again for this awesome spot for my dogs to enjoy a swim without having dogs interrupting them every 5 minutes. Would highly recommend

We had just come home from a beach holiday and Mabel had the post holiday blues. The lagoon was perfect to get her back into the water in a safe environment. Will definitely book again.

I love kepala outdoor lagoon for my elderly dog. He can’t walk as much anymore but he can swim for 30mins. This is ideal for him. The facilities are always clean and available when we arrive. Will always come here

Been going to this place about 8 years now. Had a grand time giving my newest dog some swimming lessons.

I’ve been going to Kepala for over 10 years! The lagoon pool is the best. My dog Shirley absolutely loved it but she left this world in June, so the new dog “Jimmy” (staffie) isn’t keen on swimming but he loves the water. The older dog Linda (Dane Mastiff) has a super time splashing about. She doesn’t mind a swim so hopefully, Jimmy will get more confidence from her. The off lead areas are always beautifully groomed. It is definitely worth the drive out there!!

Our pups always have a great time and get rid of all that extra energy when visiting Kepala for a swim. Great for the humans too when the pups do nothing but sleep the rest of the day!

1st time use of lagoon with an anxious German shepherd. I had an excellent experience. I made an appt to visit the site a few days before my day and am extremely happy I did so. I was able to have a staff member show me around without contending with my dog. When I arrived on the day I was completely relaxed and could concentrate on my dog and her needs. I was on my own, no other dogs or guests around it was fantastic. I also felt very safe because I knew there was a camera and a phone if I needed assistance. I rate my experience very highly.
