How to message your guests
You can message your guest, only AFTER a guest has made a booking at your space. A Host should avoid sending personal information, or asking guests to call them on arrival. We promise our guests an easy-to-use platform where everything is secure and in one place, so staying on the messaging platform is important.
Here is how to message your guest:

- Log into Sniffspace website
- Go to 'My Account'
- Click on 'My Messages'
- Use the dropdown to select the guest that you'd like to message.
- Type your message in the box at the bottom and hit send.
Note: To keep with our privacy standards, phone numbers, personal information, and external links may be screened and excluded from your messages.
