How to reschedule a booking

We understand that there are some times where you may need to reschedule your booking. This can be done at no charge as long as you do it at least 3hrs before your booking time.

You can reschedule a booking without penalty up to 3hrs before the time of your visit. 

Here is how to cancel your reservation:

• Log into Sniffspace website
• Go to 'My Account'
• Click on 'My Bookings'
• You will find a 'reschedule booking' button on the right-hand side of the booking.

Please note that you must reschedule more than 3hrs before your booking time.
