How to cancel a booking

You can cancel a booking without penalty up to 3hrs before the time of your visit. 

Here is how to cancel your reservation:

• • Log into Sniffspace website
  • Go to 'My Account'
  • Click on 'My Bookings'
  • You will find a 'cancel booking' button on the right-hand side of the booking.

Please note that any cancellation within the 3hr window is NOT eligible for a credit. All cancellations will still incur the $1 service charge.
