Can I withdraw my credit back into my bank account?

Refunds from your Sniffspace account are possible with approval from the Sniffspace team. Please note the following:

• If you wish to withdraw credit to your payment account, a 3% account handling fee will be deducted.
• The $1 payment service fee paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and will not be credited back, even if the booking is cancelled.

To request a refund for a particular booking, please email [email protected] with the following details:

• Your full name
• Registered email address
• Booking number
• The amount you would like refunded

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Example:
You have a credit of $30.00 in your Sniffspace account for Booking #50012345 and would like it refunded to your original payment method. A 3% fee ($0.90) will be deducted, and the remaining $29.10 will be refunded to your payment account.
