Welcome to Rafferty's Rumble, where you and your pup are the only ones here!
If you're a doggo who just likes to run, has long legs, and doesn't want to jump over things this is the space for you. Nothing to get in the way of a 200mtr sprint across the back fence...
And then before your pawrents catch you go jump in the dam.
Fully fenced with no immediate neighbours this is the perfect space for those puppers who just want to do their thing with their parents.
No people, no dogs, (there are neighbouring dogs, but they are very rarely let out of their runs) no distractions. Just long grass, clear running tracks and a muddy dam to relax in after your zoomies..
Recent upgrades also include some much needed shelter, and a wash station at the far corner front fence. We have also installed a visual barrier to the 1 neighbour who's dog has been seen a few times. We have also now finished our new driveway, so you can drive in and shut the gate before you let the fur fly!!
We really hope you enjoy your time here.
As with any rural property, please do a fence check. We do have a couple of sneaky wombats who dig under the fence, mostly in the front where the gate is.
Lastly - There is a clay shooting range at the end of the street. Although far away and we have never heard it, we have had 1 guest say it was in use when they were there. If worried, you can check their schedule at https://theforestclaytargetclub.com.au/calendar/ . All shoot days start at 10am.
You are welcome to drive through the gate and park on the left if you think your car will be ok. (This is a rural property with a rural driveway.) Please do not drive through the block as there is a resident wombat that keeps digging burrows. recently a snake has been spotted near the dam for the first time. There is also a hose to wash down the pups at the far front corner of the block.

- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!

- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
We had the best time with Ace on this property. He had a blast being able to let loose and just run in a safe environment. He slowly managed his way into the dam. The area was very clean and well equipped and even had some toys for him although he was happier with the sticks. Will definitely book again.
First time using Sniffspace, was such a beautiful place to relax and watch our girl fun free.
This property was absolutely incredible!! Gorgeous, clean, huge! Junie had the best time and it was so nice she was able to run freely!
A wonderful space, very well maintained and so much room for exploring. My pups particularly loved the dam. We will definitely be back again.
