Two separate paddocks, both just under 1/2 acre each. Fully fenced. Parking in the paddock. First paddock has sniff garden (currently being constructed) and dog adventure area. Second paddock is open with some agility equipment. Access to other toys available.
Please note - we have new neighbours and they have a horse which will be visible from our SniffSpace area. We are trying to put up shade cloth to reduce visibility. Please take this into, consideration when booking our space.
***This is a high Bushfire risk zone. For this reason, we ask that there is NO SMOKING on the property. We thank you for your co-operation in this matter.***
***Dogs only on the equipment please!***
**please pick up your dogs poop. You are welcome to use the poop pickup station**
Follow driveway/signage along fence line to back paddock. Park in first paddock. Please pick up your dogs poop. Can be placed in worm bin, but no bags in the worm bin please. Free access to toys and agility equipment in enclosed stable.
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- Please place toys back in the box
- No smoking on the premises
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.

Awesome space for dogs. The peace of mind knowing your pup is in a safe, enclosed environment is priceless. Plenty of space for dogs in sniff, investigate and have a run around. I have two very tired border collies after today’s visit today. Wouldn’t definitely recommend!!
This Sniffspace is adequately signed, well kept with lots of fun agility equipment. There is a small pool that was perfect for my pup to cool off. 2 paddocks provide ample space for running and fetching the ball. Thankyou so much for sharing your space with us! We drove an hour each way and would do it again, would definitely reccomend!
We had the most amazing hour today! Our boys were so happy being off lead, running around and sniffing all the new scents. It’s the first time our 1 year old Rottweiler has been able to run off lead so watching him chasing a ball and having the extra freedom was a highlight for us. The property is beautiful, plenty of shade and lawn with a cool agility area and little pool paddle pool which they loved dipping their paws in to cool off. Thank you, we can’t wait to visit again
What an amazing spot for our fur babies Lilo & Stitch, they explored all of it, & loved it, so well looked after & so much to do & play with we will definitely be booking again & again & again, thank you
This is a great place for Pups to play. So many things to sniff and investigate to keep them entertained. Most importantly it is completely safe and secure. We will definitely be coming again. Highly recommend
