Walk down the driveway/ firebreak. To open pasture and walk along the creek. Not totally fenced but heavily tree'd boundary line. One neighbour has a dog that is contained within its own property. Backs onto Regional Park. Suggested route is shown in photo marked in yellow.
Property is quite steep and can be muddy in one particular spot.
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
This was our first time using sniffspace , it was a lovely property , yes it is steep but lucky my dog pulled me back up

We took our frenchie for a walk this morning, it was her first time to a sniffspace property and she absolutely loved it, so did our 4 year old. We will be back in two weeks. :) We look forward to the winter months when the creek is flowing with water! Thank you so much Tracey and Rafferty.
I love I can relax knowing fences are secure to let my big pup run off lead. There's plenty of shade, and the birds always give a great welcome to the day!
A lovely space with some beautiful bushland and plenty of interesting places to sniff. Can't wait to come back, particularly when the stream is running!
