We open as early as sunrise and close as late as sunset, to offer you a cool time to beat the heat of the summer and fit in a cool run for your beloved dog.
All dogs and owners must be registered with SniffSpace. No outside dogs please.
- Pick up all rubbish before you leave
- No smoking on the premises
- No fruits or vegetable picking
- Dogs on leash while entering and exiting
- Inspect the space before unleashing
- Do not leave your dog unattended
- Respect the space
- Please respect the neighbours
- No chewing furniture/plants, either of you!
- Leave the space as you found it
- No refund if you cancel within 3 hours of your booking start time.
My two dogs had soo much fun. So happy to see my reactive dog able to run around off leash for the first time in ages. Felt super relaxed with the fencing they were able to do their own thing while I felt at peace. We will be back!
Absolutely amazing area and well kept, taken our dogs multiple times now and couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend for dogs that really need to stretch their legs out.
So much fun!!! Roy and Murphy had an absolute ball. It was easy to find, everything was so straightforward and the area to play was wonderful. And the added bonus of some agility equipment and paddle pool. Thank you for having us and we look forward to visiting again.

Our favourite WA Sniffspace so far! RuffRuff run was so well set up, clean and tidy and super secure. Our mini labradoodle had the best time running and playing with the toys and agility equipment provided. Thank you Tracey & Rafferty, we will definitely be booking again in future!
