A full fenced in 1.2 acre approx paddock with sticks galore , bordered by Christmas trees and animals . The train line runs past two sides of this paddock so if loud noises aren’t your dogs thing this may not be the place for you. New additions to improve the space coming . Just a safe open space where believe it or not your dogs are allowed to be themselves off leash . The place will remain open to toodyay residents for as long as it’s needed as long as it’s kept clean and the rules are followed

Other dogs live on property behind fenced areas but can be seen and heard and will likely sniff about the fence line when guests are on property

Please remain within the signposted fenced area no free roaming around the property . Do not open any gates other than those sign posted and do not feed the animals

Most importantly take your rubbish and pick up your dogs poo


This poperty is green and lush in the wet months , dry and sandy in the summer . The paddock is used by farm animals during non sniffspace hours . It is a farm and there is evidence of this . It is a natural space with farm animal droppings and hay. Be aware before booking if this is not the space for you


We are new to sniff space and running this as a trial and safe space for the dogs of toodyay who have no off leash spaces it seems . Give us your feedback constructive , the place will evolve as we learn what it needs and does not need . Features to put down in the paddock are on their way to provide dogs with an enriching place to run and play
